Who is Patricia?
Patricia Munatsi-Mangwiza is a seasoned international human rights lawyer, policy advisor, and global keynote speaker with a proven track record in championing equality, diversity, and social justice across jurisdictions.
With an LLM in International Human Rights Law from University College Dublin and an LLB from the University of Zimbabwe, Patricia brings both academic excellence and practical expertise to her advocacy. Her work bridges the worlds of law, policy, and public engagement, making her a trusted voice in shaping inclusive societies.
She is currently a member of the Irish Government Expert Advisory Committee on Racial Equality and Racism, advising on the implementation of the National Action Plan Against Racism (2023–2027). She is also the Co-Founder & Director of Black Professionals Ireland (BPI), a pioneering initiative empowering Black professionals and students while helping organizations achieve their Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) goals.
